The tree of life x Rothko
Excellent
L'œuvre en bref
In this pared-down reinterpretation, The Tree of Life unfurls at the centre of blocks of colour that seem to vibrate from within, in the manner of Rothko's works. The leaves are anchored in fields of warm and cold tones - ochre, rust, turquoise - evoking the seasons of life as much as buried emotions. No superfluous lines, no realistic details: everything is suggestion, sensation, contemplation. Here, the tree becomes a bridge between matter and the sacred, a silent meditation on permanence in the midst of chaos.Comparez avec l’original
